The Observatory in Brief |
The Erasmus Observatory on Health Law was founded to explore health law, share in its study, and help pioneer its development. We represent a network of faculties, students, fellows, entrepreneurs, lawyers and ethicists working to identify and engage with the challenges and opportunities of health law. We investigate the real and possible boundaries in health law. We do this through active rather than passive research, believing that the best way to understand health lawis to actually build out into it. Our most recent activity was the Summer School in July, 2010. We managed to offer two weeks of education brought in five courses. For more information about the summer school, please see the course section.
